The spacious lounge is furnished with a chaise-longue and two sofas (one is a sofa-bed that sleeps two people), the room is very bright and airy and is equipped with a TV and DVD. It also has two beautiful period balconies. The American style kitchen is very well equipped with oven, refrigerator and microwave. It also has the advantage of a fully fitted bathroom complete with bath/shower and a second separate toilet. Sleeping facilities The sleeping areas feature a master bedroom and a double bedroom, one with a double bed and one with two singles. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two people. Sleeps 6 persons. Zone description The apartment is in an ideal location for a visit to Valencia. It is found in Ruzafa, one of the most charming areas in the city. It is close to both the city and historic centres. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the train station and the centre of town. The majority of the most important sites are in the apartment’s vicinity such as the traditional Ruzafa market, the Gran Via Marques del Turia and many others. The magnificent Turia gardens are just 10 minutes away as are the Music Palace and the City of Arts and Sciences.
