Zone description Public transport is within walking distance, just minutes from a tramline and a bus stop which take you to the city centre. The beach is in just seconds from the apartment, which is in a quiet residential area that has many cafés and restaurants at your disposal. All the usual convenience stores and supermarkets are here, plus a large municipal sports centre with a swimming pool, a gym and many outdoor pitches. There is a small, pretty, landscaped park with benches - however there is no grass or open area to run around in.
