Zone description The apartment is located in the heart of the Ruzzafa neighbourhood – only a 10min walk to the city centre , train station or the park in the old river. The zone of Ruzzafa has many restaurants, bars and cafes with a strong community feel due to the many people who both work and live in the area. Within a 5 min walking radius of the apartment there are numerous restaurants & cafes, the excellent Mercado de Ruzzafa, 2 supermarkets, various banks and a post office. The apartment is also well placed for public transport with a number of bus routes passing close by. The City of Arts & Sciences, including the Palau de las Arts, is either a 20 minute walk or a short ride on bicycle or bus.
