We arrange everything. The letting is managed for our part from A to Z: contact with tenants, visits to the properties, condition of the property on check in and check out, inventory of all furniture and dishes, lease agreement, handling keys, etc.
In case of litigation (the tenant does not respect the Terms and Conditions, for example) it is settled directly between the tenant and Accommodation-Valencia, you do not need to worry with this.
TRANSPARENCY
You will be informed any time when the property is rented. Every three months you will receive a report with all the rental periods.
COMPETITIVE AND STRONG COMUNICATION TOOLS
To rent your property fast and to optimize its advertisement, Accommodation-Valencia bases itself on secure value: use of different websites for the distribution of the advertisements and pictures and registers the property with the Tourism Office of Valencia.

We use the protection of the Law for Urban Lettings and the Civil Code to prepare our own specially modified contracts. These contracts are prepared with retained legal advice to ensure that Landlords and their properties gain the maximum protection under the law.
There are a variety of notices under the law that has to be given in order to protect landlords. We always ensure that the maximum protection for the landlord is obtained by preparing the correct paperwork.
